Kelley’s 60m Dash Record Headlines Big Day for Bison Women

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Sprinter Kendra Kelley and hurdler Terezia Bolibruch highlighted a day of strong performances by the North Dakota State women's track & field team at a pair of meets.
Kelley ran 7.48 in the 60m dash at the Music City Challenge in Nashville, breaking a three-way tie to claim the NDSU school record outright. It was a banner day for Kelley, as she also clocked 7.50 – the previous record – in the semifinals and 7.51 in the prelims to solidify her place as the fastest in school history.
Bolibruch won the 60m hurdles at Vanderbilt with a huge personal-best of 8.33 seconds -- the second-fastest time in NDSU history behind only All-American Deborah John.
Freshman Sydney Arndt clocked 8.47 for ninth place in the 60m hurdles. She also posted an 8.50 in the prelims and stands at No. 3 in school history.
Nell Graham, Jasmine Williams, Angel Pratt and Kelley ran 3:43.27 in the 4x400m relay at Vanderbilt, taking third place. They are now the eighth-fastest relay squad in NDSU indoor history. Graham placed sixth in the 400m dash in 55.43.
Grace Emineth jumped 39-8 (12.09m) in the triple jump – a new indoor personal-best that ranks her 10th in NDSU history. Jenna Parent was close behind at 39-02.25 (11.94m).
Grace Link ran an indoor PR of 2:14.64 in the 800m at Vanderbilt.
At the SDSU Indoor Classic in Brookings, S.D., Bison junior Bailee Dierks led the way with new personal-bests in three different events. She clocked 8.65 in the 60m hurdles to rank ninth all-time at NDSU in the event. She also set new marks of 57.73 in the 400m dash and 16-11.50 (5.17m) in the long jump.
Redshirt freshman Annabel Thorstenson set a new weight throw PR of 59-04.75 (18.10m) at SDSU.
Sofia Naranjo Mata ran a 400m dash personal-best of 57.19. Reagan Baesler posted her second personal-best of the weekend, running 4:55.39 in the mile.
Freshman Julia Gherardi cleared a season-best 12-03.50 (3.75m) in the pole vault.
