Hurdlers Headline Efforts of Bison Women’s Track & Field Saturday

TAMPA, Fla. – NDSU's group of hurdlers headlined the performances of the Bison women's track & field team on Saturday afternoon at the USF Bulls Invitational.

Senior Terezia Bolibruch clocked a career-best 13.66 in the 100m hurdles for her Bison outdoor opener, ranking third in school history. Salmata Korgho ran a personal-best 13.75, ranking fourth all-time at NDSU.

Freshman Sydney Arndt ranks seventh in NDSU history for the 100m hurdles after her first outdoor race, clocking 13.89 on Saturday. Bailee Dierks ran a career-best of 13.99 to move up to No. 10 on the NDSU all-time list.

Kendra Kelley climbed to No. 4 in NDSU history for the 100m dash, clocking a personal-best 11.74 for seventh place in the meet.

Nell Graham, Kelley, Dierks and Angel Pratt took second in the 4x400m relay, finishing in 3:42.47.

Sophomore Reagan Baesler ran a personal-best 4:28.11 in the 1500m to rank ninth all-time at NDSU. Baesler placed fifth in the meet, and sophomore Grace Link took eighth in 4:35.09.

Senior Jodi Lipp took second in the triple jump with a mark of 40-04.25 (12.30m). Alissa Melvin was fifth at 39-04.00 (11.99m), Grace Emineth placed sixth at 39-03.75 (11.98m), and Jenna Parent finished eighth at 39-01.00 (11.91m).

Graham took fifth in the 400m with a time of 55.86, and Pratt ran a personal-best 56.25 for eighth place.

Daejha Moss placed fifth in the high jump with 5-7 (1.70m). Merrideth Spiers came within 18 inches of her discus PR in her season opener, throwing 151-1 (46.07m).
