GOIN' FOR TWO
Terrell Huggins has already tied a career-high six doubles this season. That total leads the Summit League and ranks 27th in the nation. Peter Brookshaw has also totaled five doubles this season, which ranks fourth in the Summit League.

THE DOUBLE MACHINE
After not hitting double in each of the first three games this season, Peter Brookshaw tied a career-high and program record three doubles in the series finale against Sacramento State. It marked the second time in his career he notched three doubles in a game with the first coming in his Bison debut at Sacramento State on Feb. 16, 2019. With five doubles this season, Brookshaw has increased his career total to 37, which ranks tied for eighth place all-time in NDSU history.

CONSISTENTLY PRODUCING
Cadyn Schwabe, Peter Brookshaw and Drew Sackett are the only Bison to start all 12 games this season. Schwabe leads NDSU in on-base percentage (.456), runs (11) and stolen bases (6). Druw Sackett leads the Bison in RBI (11) and home runs (3), while Brookshaw has also connected on a team-high three home runs.

Last season, NDSU ended up playing its first 37 games on the road after weather forced schedule changes. The Bison went on to register at least one win in 10 different states.

RAISING THE BAR
The Bison finished last season with a 31-19 (17-5 Summit) overall record and reached the 30-win mark for only the seventh time in program history. NDSU also reached the 15-win mark for the second straight season and sixth time overall in conference play since joining the Summit League in 2008.

THE CHALLENGING SCHEDULE AHEAD
The Bison are set to play a challenging schedule this season that features 52 regular season contests across eight states against opponents from nine different conferences. NDSU will also face five opponents that participated in the NCAA Tournament last season, including Arizona, Texas State, Texas, Texas Tech and Oral Roberts. Additionally, the Bison will play 39 of 52 games away from home, including the first 34 straight before making their home debut on April 18 against Mayville State.

YEAR TWO UNDER OAKES
In his first season as head coach last season, Tyler Oakes guided NDSU to its first Summit League regular season title in program history after assembling a 30-17 (17-5 Summit) overall record. It marked only the seventh time in program history the Bison have reached the 30-win mark. NDSU began the season playing each of its first 37 games on the road and were the last Division I team to play a home game. Oakes became the first coach in NDSU baseball history to earn Summit League Coach of the Year honors.

THE SUMMIT LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP COMES TO FARGO
NDSU will host the Summit League Baseball Championship at Newman Outdoor Field on May 24-27 for the first time in program history.
