Blake Nyenati matched his own school record in the 60m hurdles, and
Kaden Pastian and
Koate Deebom both captured a pair of event titles to lead the North Dakota State men's track & field team at the Bison Team Cup on Saturday.

Nyenati, a sophomore from Andover, Minn., tied his 60m hurdles school record of 7.90 in the prelims.
Logan Mathieu claimed the 60m hurdles final in 8.03, and
Brock Johnsen ran 8.04 in the prelims before taking second in the final.

Redshirt freshman
Carter Elde now ranks seventh in NDSU history for the 600m after winning on Saturday in 1:20.43.
Cullen Curl took second in 1:20.87 to rank 11th-fastest in school history.

Bison freshman Jayden Williams won the 60m dash, clocking 6.86 in the prelims to rank ninth-fastest in school history. Jayden Murdock took the 200m title in 22.19.

Sophomore
Kaden Pastian won the weight throw with a mark of 63-10.50 (19.47m) and took first in the shot put with a throw of 57-08.25 (17.58m).

NDSU sophomore
Jarod White took first in the pole vault, clearing 16-07.25 (5.06m).
Jacob Van Dusseldorp and
Zach McGlynn both cleared 16-01.25 (4.91m).

Koate Deebom claimed the long jump title with a mark of 23-00.50 (7.02m), and Lorenzo Andrews was second at 22-02.25 (6.76m). Deebom also won the triple jump with a leap of 46-02.75 (14.09m).

Andrew Berg tied for first in the high jump, clearing 6-06.25 (1.99m).

Freshman
Ethan Moe made his Bison debut with a runner-up finish in the mile in 4:19.66.

The Bison will compete next at the SDSU Jim Emmerich Invitational on Jan. 20.
