2024-25 SEASON

Indoor (Sophomore): Finished 1st in the 400m at the Bison Team Cup…Season best of 49.31 in the 400m at the Music City Challenge.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Finished 5th in the 400m hurdles at the Summit League Championship with a season best of 53.72…Also ran on the Bison 4x400 relay team that finished 6th at the Summit League Championships.

2023-24 SEASON

Indoor (Freshman): Summit League champion in 4x400m relay … Placed 3rd in the 400m at the Summit League Championships … Personal best 400m time of 48.24 at UND Open.
Outdoor (Freshman): Summit League champion in the 400m hurdles with personal best time of 52.75 … Also Summit League champion in the 4x400m relay … Season best 400m time of 48.74 at Drake Relays

2022-23 SEASON

High School: Swept the North Dakota Class A state titles in the 110m hurdles and 300m hurdles as a senior in 2022, as well as taking 2nd at the state meet in the 400m dash … Also ran on Grand Forks Central HS 4x400m relay that placed 4th at the 2022 North Dakota state meet … State runner-up in the 300m hurdles as a junior in 2021, and placed 3rd in the 110m hurdles … High school personal-bests of 14.65 in the 110m hurdles, 38.13 in the 300m hurdles, and 49.11 in the 400m dash … Named EDC Senior Athlete of the Year.
