Indoor (Sophomore): Summit League champion in the distance medley relay, running the leadoff 1200m leg for the Bison … The NDSU distance medley clocked 9:59.22 to rank third-fastest in school history … Also finished 9th in the mile at the conference meet … Season-best mile time of 4:14.89 at the SDSU Indoor Classic.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Posted season-best times of 1:55.80 in the 800m, 3:54.99 in the 1500m, and 14:59.35 in the 5000m.

Cross Country (Freshman): No. 8 finisher for the Bison at the Summit League Championships, taking 30th place overall … Season-best 8k time of 25:48.0 at the SDSU Classic on Sept. 8 … Peaked as NDSU’s No. 4 finisher at the Roy Griak Invitational on Sept. 22.
