NDSU Hosts Wisconsin-Stout Friday, Western Michigan Sunday

The Games: The North Dakota State men's basketball team returns home to host Wisconsin-Stout on Friday, Dec. 13, and Western Michigan on Sunday, Dec. 15, inside the Scheels Center.
Friday, Dec. 13 vs. Wisconsin-Stout 12 p.m. CT
Sunday, Dec. 15 vs. Western Michigan 1 p.m. CT
Where to Watch: Both games will be broadcast on WDAY Xtra locally and available to subscribers of the Summit League Network through the Midco Sports Plus app.
Radio: Sam Neidermann (play-by-play) and Dexter Werner (analyst) will call the games on 107.9 The Fox and Bison 1660. Broadcasts can also be streamed on the NDSU Athletics app, as well as at GoBison.com/AllAccess for free.
Against UW-Stout: Friday will be the second meeting between North Dakota State and Wisconsin-Stout in men's basketball. The Bison beat the Blue Devils 101-72 on Nov. 20 last season in Fargo. UW-Stout is located in Menomonie, Wis., and plays in the NCAA Division III Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC).
Against Western Michigan: Sunday's game will be the sixth meeting all-time between North Dakota State and Western Michigan, with the Bison leading the series 3-2.
Last Year vs. Western Michigan: The Bison pulled out an 80-76 overtime victory at WMU in the season opener on Nov. 6 last season. Jeremiah Burke tied the game with a putback as time expired in regulation, sending the game to overtime at 71-71. Jacari White sparked the Bison off the bench, scoring 15 points to ignite a second-half comeback.
Long Range Attack: NDSU ranks fourth out of 360-plus Division I teams with 12.0 three-pointers made per game this season.
The Bombs Away Bison™: NDSU is attempting three-pointers at the highest rate in Division I this season. According to KenPom, 54.8 percent of NDSU's shots attempted this year have been three-pointers – the highest percentage in the nation.
White Hot: Jacari White had a first half for the ages in NDSU's win at Butler on Dec. 10. After missing his first shot attempt of the game, White made his next nine straight shots -- including 6-of-6 from three-point range -- to rack up 24 first-half points. With the Bison leading 44-23 at halftime, White had outscored the entire Butler team by himself.
Butler head coach Thad Matta said of White postgame, "That first half by that kid is the best half of basketball I've ever seen. I don't know if we'll ever see another performance like that kid had."
Top 100 Wins: The Bison now have two road victories over Top 100 teams in the KenPom Ratings this season -- Butler (71) and Santa Clara (85).
Get Moni: Jacksen Moni was named the Summit League Peak Performer of the Week on Dec. 9 after averaging 20 points in NDSU's two wins as part of the Big Sky-Summit Challenge.
Most Threes in Four Games: The Bison drained 64 three-pointers over a four-game stretch from Nov. 26 through Dec. 4 – an average of 16 per game, and the most over a four-game span in school history. NDSU shot 47 percent from beyond the arc during the run.
Six Shooters: Six Bison players are shooting better than 40 percent from three-point range this season.
Board Man: Noah Feddersen pulled down a career-high 11 rebounds vs. Northern Colorado on Dec. 7.
20 Treys: NDSU made a school record 20 three-pointers vs. Samford on Nov. 26. It is one of only three games in the country this season where a team made 20-plus three-pointers vs. a Division I opponent.
