
NDSU Lands 85 Student-Athletes on MVFC Honor Roll

ST. LOUIS - The North Dakota State University football team had 85 student-athletes named to the Missouri Valley Football Conference Honor Roll for their performance in the classroom during the 2023 season.
Seven NDSU players earned the conference's highest academic honor, the Presidents Council Academic Award, which requires a minimum 3.5 cumulative grade-point average through the fall 2023 semester, participation in athletics a minimum of two years, and graduation by the end of summer 2024.
Additionally, 35 team members earned the Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award, which requires a minimum GPA of 3.2 for the previous two semesters (freshmen are not eligible).
To qualify for the MVFC Honor Roll, a student-athlete must have recorded a minimum 3.0 GPA for a specified term (Fall 2023), must have been a member of the football team, and must have been enrolled full-time during the fall.
