More about the camps:

The pitching camp will include mechanical instruction with drills, mental approaches, different pitches, spin rotations, and live situations with catchers. Pitchers do NOT need to have a catcher.
- The catching camp is designed to provide an introductory level of instruction to the NDSU catching philosophy, daily training regimens, throwing, blocking, footwork, framing, and much more. Catchers will have the opportunity to catch pitchers at the end of the session. Catchers must provide their own gear.
- The slap hitting camp is designed to provide the fundamentals of slapping, including proper footwork, bat path, bunting, and placement on the field. Campers must provide their own helmet and bat.
- The instructional camp allows campers to work with the NDSU Softball staff and players to enhance their offensive and defensive skills. This camp is designed to provide participants with specific skill instruction including footwork, NDSU fielding philosophies, throwing mechanics, games, and measured metrics for each camper to improve on. Campers must provide their own helmet, bat, and glove.
