Ethan Moe clocked the third-fastest 1500-meter performance in North Dakota State men's track & field history at the Bryan Clay Invitational on Friday night.

Moe (Williston, N.D.) trimmed more than two seconds off his previous best in the 1500m, finishing in 3:43.09. He trails only Travis Fitzke (3:42.32 in 2013) and Mike Bollman (3:42.85 in 1979) on the NDSU all-time list.

Hunter Klimek ran a 1500m personal-best of 3:51.96 Friday.

Jack Packer posted the second-best hammer throw mark of his career at 182-7 (55.67m).
