Indoor (Junior): Anchored the Bison to a Summit League title in the distance medley relay … Also placed 7th in the 5000m at the Summit League Championships … Distance medley time of 9:54.51 was an NDSU facility record and ranked 2nd-fastest in school history … Indoor 5000m PR of 14:34.29 at the conference meet to rank 8th in NDSU indoor history.

2022-23 SEASON

Cross Country (Sophomore): Top finisher for the Bison at the Summit League Championships and the NCAA Midwest Regional … Among NDSU’s top 5 finishers at all six meets on the season … Placed 9th at the Summit League Championships to earn All-Summit League second team honors, clocking 23:29.0 for the 8k course … Finished 55th overall at the NCAA Midwest Regional in 30:38.1 for the 10k … Runner-up at the Dragon Twilight Invitational on Sept. 9.
Indoor (Sophomore): Anchored the Bison distance medley relay to a Summit League title … Also placed 6th in the 5,000m at the Summit League Championships … Personal-best 3,000m time of 8:19.68 at the SDSU Indoor Classic to rank 8th in school history … Indoor 5,000m PR of 14:39.19 at the conference meet to rank 9th in NDSU history … Mile personal-best of 4:12.40.
Outdoor (Junior): Placed 5th in the 3000m steeplechase and 6th in the 5000m at the Summit League Championships … Ran a 5,000m personal-best of 14:29.59 at the Bryan Clay Invitational to rank 8th in NDSU outdoor history … 3000m steeplechase personal-best of 9:06.37 at the Bryan Clay Invitational ranks 11th in school history.

Prior to NDSU: Competed at Iowa Central Community College for two seasons from 2020-22 … Qualified for all six NJCAA National Championship meets in his time at Iowa Central – two each in cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track … Finished 14th at the NJCAA DI Cross Country Championships as a freshman in 2020 … Top-10 at the national indoor meet in both the 3000m and 5000m as a freshman … Placed 36th at the NJCAA national cross country meet as a sophomore in 2021 … Also took 25th at the NJCAA Half Marathon Championships … Finished 2nd in the 4x800m relay and 4th in the distance medley relay at the NJCAA Indoor Championships in 2022 … Region champion and 8th at the outdoor national meet in the 3000m steeplechase in 2022, running 9:21.86 … PRs of 14:56 in the 5000m and 8:30 in the 3000m.
