Cross Country (Junior): No. 5 finisher for the Bison men at the Summit League Championships, taking 13th place overall for All-Summit League second team honors … Season-best 25:05.1 in the 8k at the conference meet … Among NDSU’s top six finishers at every meet.
Indoor (Sophomore): Ran a personal-best 14:33.73 in the 5,000m at the SDSU Indoor Classic to rank 7th in NDSU indoor history.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Ran the 5,000m and 1500m at a pair of meets.

2022-23 SEASON

Cross Country (Sophomore): Ran in all six meets for the Bison … No. 4 finisher for NDSU at the NCAA Midwest Regional, taking 120th place overall … No. 5 finisher for the Bison at the Summit League Championships, running an 8k season-best of 24:01.3 for 18th place … Placed 9th overall at the season-opening UND Ron Pynn Classic on Sept. 2.
Indoor (Freshman): Competed unattached, posting times of 8:48.07 in the 3000m and 15:00.24 in the 5000m.
Outdoor (Freshman): Competed unattached, running 14:55.40 in the 5000m.

2021-22 SEASON
 
Cross Country (Freshman): Among the top six NDSU finishers at all six meets on the season … No. 5 finisher for the Bison at the Summit League Championships, placing 26th overall … Peaked as the No. 3 finisher for NDSU twice – at the season-opening UND Ron Pynn Classic on Sept. 4, and at the Bradley Pink Classic on Oct. 15 … Season-best 8k time of 25:25.8 at Bradley.
Indoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached, running a season-best 3000m steeplechase time of 9:44.20.

High School: Placed 14th at the Minnesota Class A state cross country meet as a junior ... Took 21st at the state cross country meet as a sophomore ... Region champion in cross country as a senior in 2020, but no state meet was held due to COVID-19 ... High school track personal-bests of 9:41 in the 3200m and 4:28 in hte 1600m ...
