
Renschler, Kyei-Baffour Named Summit League Track & Field Peak Performers

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – A pair of North Dakota State University track & field athletes were named Kwik Star Summit League Outdoor Track Peak Performers of the Week, the league announced Tuesday, Apr. 28.
Sophomore Paige Renschler earned the honor for women's track, and freshman Joshua Kyei-Baffour claimed the men's track award.
Renschler (Fargo, N.D.) won both the 100m and 200m at the Gary Wilson Invite hosted by Minnesota last week. Her personal-best time of 23.20 in the 200m is the second-fastest in school history, missing the school record of 23.19 by one-hundredth of a second. Renschler's performance ranks 64th in the NCAA this season.
Kyei-Baffour (Rochester, Minn.) won the 110m hurdles in a personal-best 13.69 at Minnesota, ranking third in NDSU history and 34th in the NCAA this year.
