Indoor (Junior): Placed 3rd in the 400m at the Summit League Championships…Season and personal best of 38.73 in the 300m at the SDSU Holiday Open…Finished season ranked 4th in NDSU history in the 300m and 5th in the 400m.
Outdoor (Junior): Placed 4th in the 400m at the Summit League Championships…Also ran on the Bison 4x400 team that placed 2nd at the Summit League Championships…Placed 1st in the 200m at the NDSU Tune-Up, recording a season and personal best of 24.12…Finished season ranked 8th in NDSU history in the 400m.

2023-24 SEASON

Indoor (Sophomore): Placed 5th in the 400m dash at the Summit League Championships … Season best times of 24.65 in the 200m dash and 55.60 in the 400m dash
Outdoor (Sophomore): Qualified for NCAA West Preliminary Rounds in the 400m dash … Placed 3rd in the 400m dash at the Summit League Championships in personal best time of 53.80 … Also placed 8th in the 200m dash at the championships after season best 200m dash of 24.35 in the prelims … Ended season ranked 8th in NDSU history for the 400m dash.

2022-23 SEASON
 
Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in one meet, running 57.85 in the 400m dash at the Dakota Classic.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Did not compete.

2021-22 SEASON
 
Indoor (Freshman): Ran the 400m leg on NDSU’s distance medley relay that placed 3rd at the Summit League Championships … Also finished 11th in the 400m dash at the conference meet … Season-best 400m time of 57.70 at the UND Open.
Outdoor (Freshman): Season-best 400m dash time of 57.63 at UMary’s Al Bortke Open on Apr. 9 … Season-best 200m time of 25.86 at the Stanford Invitational.

High School: Placed 3rd in the 400m dash at the Minnesota state meet as a senior in 2021, running a school record 56.87 … Also a state meet qualifier in the 100m and 200m … High school personal-bests of 56.87 in the 400m, 25.88 in the 200m, and 12.49 in the 100m.
