North Dakota State University head men’s basketball coach David Richman announced the addition of Logan Dosch to the Bison staff in October 2023 in a newly created role – director of player experience.
“We are constantly looking for ways to make our program better and raise the bar,” said Richman. “That starts with creating valuable experiences for our exceptional student-athletes, both on and off the court.”
“The addition of Logan and his family into our Bison Family will assist us in building relationships and experiences for our student-athletes during their time as Bison and well into the future,” Richman said. “Logan and his family are entrenched members of the Fargo-Moorhead community who live and operate by the same values as our program – with the utmost character and integrity. His experiences as an NCAA student-athlete himself, as well as a successful member of the business community, will be a great asset to our program and our current student-athletes. We are thrilled to welcome Logan, Tori, and their two children into our Bison Family.”
Dosch played football at Northern State University in his hometown of Aberdeen, S.D., from 2009-13, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration. A two-time team captain and two-time All-NSIC selection, he also served on Northern State’s Student-Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC). Dosch currently works as a managing director for Northwestern Mutual in Fargo, and will continue to do so in addition to his role with the Bison program.
“We are very excited to be partnering with NDSU men’s basketball and joining the staff in this unique role,” said Dosch. “Our goal is to serve and assist them in any way possible in their endless pursuit to get better every day on and off the court.”
