Cross Country (Freshman): Competed in all seven races for NDSU...Notched best finish of the year in the season-opening Bison Invitational, where he finished 12th in a time of 26:44.41 (9/5)...Ran a personal best time of 26:35.80 in a 34th place finish at the Summit League Championships (11/3)...Finished 133rd at the 10K NCAA Midwest Regional in 34:46.15 (11/15).

HIGH SCHOOL: Four year letterwinner at Perham High School...Three-time All-Conference selection for cross country...Captain of the cross country team as a junior and senior...Earned All-State and All-Section honors twice for cross country...All-State selection for track as a junior...Finished ninth at the state cross country meet as a junior and 15th as a senior...Led Perham to two Class A team championships...Track team qualified for the 2007 Minnesota True Team meet.
