2007-08 SEASON

Indoor (Freshman): Posted a personal best of 4:18.42 in the mile at the adidas Classic (2/9)...Finished eighth in the mile at the Summit League Championships (3/1)...Also ran the 3,000 meters in 8:55.61 at the Minnesota Open (1/19)...Finished 12th in the 800 in 1:57.88 at the Wisconsin Elite (1/26).

Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in both the 800 and the 1,500...Ran a personal best of 1:54.98 in the 800 at the Azusa Pacific (4/18)...Won the 1,500 at the Bison Open (4/13)...Ran a personal best of 3:55.53 in the 1,500 at the Concordia Open (4/16)..Finished seventh in the 1,500 and 20th in the 800 at the Summit League Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL: A six-time letter winner in cross country at Jamestown High School (N.D.)... Three-time team captain and two-time state champion his junior and senior years... Lettered four times in track and field with the Blue Jays, including serving as team captain for two years... Holds school record in 1600m (4:14) and holds track records in the 1600m and 3200m at the Bismarck Community Bowl... State champion in the 3200m twice (2005, 2006), 1600m three times (2005, 2006, 2007), and 800m (2007)... Captured conference championship in 1600m three times and 800m twice.

PERSONAL: Son of Keith and Leslee Larson... both parents are NDSU alumni... Has a younger brother, Ben, and a younger sister, Anna... Majoring in theatre arts.
