2024-25 SEASON

Indoor (Sophomore): Finished 3rd in the weight throw and 6th in the shot put at the Summit League Championships…Season and personal best of 60-03 (18.36m) in the weight throw.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Finished 4th in the hammer throw and 6th in the shot put at the Summit League Championships…Finished 1st in the hammer throw at both the Bison Open and NDSU Spring Classic…Season and personal bests of 54-02.75 (16.53m) in the shot put and 192-01 (58.54m) in the hammer throw.

2023-24 SEASON

Indoor (Freshman): Placed 6th in the shot put and 8th in the weight throw at Summit League Championships … Season bests in shot put of 51-03.5 (15.63m) and weight throw of 53-02.25 (16.21m)
Outdoor (Freshman): Placed 4th in shot put at Summit League Championships … Also placed 7th at Championships in hammer throw with personal best 153-9 (46.86m) … Season best shot-put throw of 52-08.75 (16.07m).

High School: Won back-to-back North Dakota state titles in the shot put as a junior and senior … Also won the discus state title as a junior and was the state runner-up as a senior … Threw a personal-best 60-1 in the shot put at the 2023 state meet to win the title by a margin of six feet … Owned the top shot put mark in North Dakota (all classes combined) in 2022 and 2023 … Discus PR of 164-0 … Named Co-Outstanding Senior Track & Field Athlete for North Dakota in 2023.
