2016-17 SEASON
 
Cross Country (Senior): Ran in one meet, finishing 32nd at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 15.
Indoor (Senior): Won three Summit League titles, including her 2nd straight league crown in the indoor 800m … Also ran on NDSU’s conference champion distance medley relay (400m leg) and 4x400m relay teams … Season-best 2:08.74 in the 800m at the league meet … Set the school record in the 1000m at the Bison Classic on Jan. 14, running 2:52.45 … Clocked 1:32.80 in the 600m at the Jim Emmerich Invite to rank 6th-fastest in NDSU history … Summit League Academic All-League honoree … Ended her indoor career ranked 9th all-time at NDSU in the 800m.
Outdoor (Senior): NCAA Championships qualifier in the 4x400m relay, earning her first trip to the national meet ... Finished 17th at the NCAA Championships for honorable mention All-America status … Ran the third leg on the Bison 4x400m relay that clocked 3:33.38 at the NCAA West Prelims for the 2nd-fastest time in school history … Summit League champion in the outdoor 800m for the 3rd straight year … Advanced to the national quarterfinals in the 800m at the NCAA West Prelims and finished 18th in 2:09.39 … Personal-best 2:07.42 in the 800m at the Beach Invitational on Apr. 15 … Also won the Summit League title in the 4x400m relay and ran the 800m on NDSU’s sprint medley relay team that captured a Drake Relays title … CoSIDA Academic All-District, Summit League Academic All-League honoree, and third team Academic All-American.

Cross Country (Junior): Ran in one meet, finishing 33rd at the season-opening Bison Open on Sept. 4.
Indoor (Junior): Summit League champion in the 800m, clocking 2:11.11 to win at the league meet on Feb. 27 … Ran an indoor 800m personal-best of 2:08.31 at the Iowa State Classic, ranking her 9th all-time at NDSU in the event … Ran the 800m leg on NDSU’s distance medley relay team that ranked 19th in the NCAA for the season, running 11:15.89 at the Armory Track Invitational … Distance medley time ranked 2nd in NDSU history … Also posted a 600m time of 1:33.04 at the Dakota Classic on Dec. 4 … Won the 800m at the Bison Classic and Jack Johnson Classic.
Outdoor (Junior): Won her 2nd straight Summit League outdoor title in the 800m, running 2:09.55 to win at the league meet on May 14 … Also anchored the Bison to a conference championship in the 4x400m relay … Season-best 800m time of 2:08.56 at the Stanford Invitational … Personal-best 400m time of 56.40 at the UC Riverside Spring Invite in late March … Drake Relays runner-up in the 800m … Traveled to the NCAA West Prelims as an alternate for the 4x400m relay.

Cross Country (Sophomore): Ran in four meets for the Bison … Placed 51st at the Summit League Championships on Nov. 1 … Season-best 5k time of 19:33.2 at the UND Ron Pynn Invitational on Oct. 18 … Season-best 6k time of 24:55 at the Stanford Invitational on Sept. 27.
Indoor (Sophomore): Ran the 400m leg on NDSU’s distance medley relay that won a Summit League title, as well as finishing as the league runner-up to teammate Erin Teschuk in the 800m … Ran the 800m leg on the Bison distance medley relay that set a school record by 25 seconds, clocking 11:10.49 at Notre Dame’s Alex Wilson Invitational on Feb. 21 … NDSU’s distance medley ranked 18th in the NCAA for the season … Recorded an indoor 800m personal-best time of 2:10.38 at the Iowa State Classic on Feb. 14 … Set the Dakota Duals 800m record at 2:13.58 on Dec. 5 … Finished the year ranked 7th in NDSU history in the 600m after running 1:33.01 to win at the Bison Classic on Jan. 17 … Also ran 56.98 in the 400m dash at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 7 … Academic All-League selection.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Summit League champion in the 800m, earning her first individual league title … Finished the year ranked 9th all-time at NDSU in the 800m with her personal-best time of 2:08.18 in the conference final … NCAA West Preliminary Rounds qualifier in the 800m, finishing 39th overall … Won the 800m at the Lyle Hokanson Classic on May 1 in 2:08.55 … Five 800m races under 2:10 on the season … Summit League Academic All-League Team … USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree.
 
2013-14 SEASON

Cross Country (Freshman): 
Competed at the UND Ron Pynn Invitational on Oct. 19, placing 19th in 20:08.4 for the 5k course.
Indoor (Freshman): Ran on Summit League title-winning teams in the 4x400m relay and distance medley relay ... Summit League runner-up in the 800m in 2:13.65 ... Season-best 800m time of 2:12.26 at the Bison Open on Feb. 15 ... Also ran 58.15 in the 400m at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 8 ... Named to The Summit League’s Academic All-League Team.
Outdoor (Freshman): Placed third at the Summit League Outdoor Championships in the 800m for all-league recognition, finishing in a personal-best 2:09.62 ... Recorded times of 2:12 or faster in the 800m on six different occasions during the season ... Also posted a 400m time of 57.33 at the Lyle Hokanson Classic on Apr. 11 ... Won the 800m at the NDSU Tune-Up in 2:11.84.

2012-13 SEASON

Cross Country (Redshirt):
 Did not compete.
Indoor (Redshirt): Posted a 400m time of 59.58, a 600m time of 1:34.75 and an 800m time of 2:18.63 competing unattached.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Ran the 400m in 58.19 unattached at the NDSU Tune-Up Meet on May 3.

HIGH SCHOOL: Finished third in the 400m at the Manitoba High School Championships in 2011 ... Member of the junior national gold medal-winning 4x400m relay team that set a provincial record of 3:50.46 ... Also a part of the second place medley relay team ... Three-time female athlete of the year at College Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau ... Won titles in the 100 meters and 200 meters at the Manitoba Games ... owned high school personal bests of 25.69 (200m), 58.04 (400m), 2:16.22 (800m) ... CPET school record-holder in the 200m and 400m ... also participated in volleyball and soccer.
