Indoor (Sophomore): Season-best 800m time of 2:17.67 at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 13 … Won the 800m at the Dakota Classic on Dec. 4 and the 600m at the Cobber Open on Feb. 6.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Ran a season-best time of 2:15.62 in the 800m at the Kip Janvrin Open on Apr. 29.

Cross Country (Redshirt): Competed in one meet unattached, running 23:05.37 in the 5k at the Bison Open on Aug. 29.
Indoor (Freshman): Clocked a season-best 800m time of 2:16.64 at South Dakota State on Jan. 24 … Also ran an indoor best of 1:36.24 in the 600m at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 6.
Outdoor (Freshman): Finished 11th in both the 800m and 1500m at the Summit League Outdoor Championships in Macomb, Ill. … Season-best 800m time of 2:14.80 at the Lyle Hokanson Classic on May 1 … Clocked 2:14.87 in the 800m prelims at the conference meet … 1500m season-best of 4:42.96 for fourth place at the Mondo Mid-Major Challenge on Apr. 4 … Won the 800m at the Cobber Twilight on Apr. 28.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: North Dakota Class A runner-up in the 800m as a junior in 2013 for Bismarck Century HS, running 2:18.83 at the state meet ...
