Cross Country: Top finisher for the Bison women at the Summit League Championships, placing 7th overall for All-Summit League first team honors ... 22:17.4 for the 6k at the conference meet.
Indoor: Placed 4th in the 5000m at the Summit League Indoor Championships, running an indoor personal-best time of 17:15.23 ... Ranked 10th all-time at NDSU in the indoor 5000m ... Also placed 9th in the 3000m at the conference meet in a season-best 10:01.51.
Outdoor (Junior): Finished 8th in the 10,000m and 14th in the 5,000m at the Summit League Outdoor Championships ... Season-best 5000m time of 17:42.63 at the Tennessee Relays.
2019-20 SEASON
Cross Country (Junior): Placed 9th at the Summit League Championships to earn second-team All-Summit League honors and help the Bison women win the conference title … Among NDSU’s top three finishers at four meets on the season … Season-best 6k time of 21:50.0 at the Summit League Championships on Nov. 2 in Fargo, serving as the No. 3 finisher for the Bison … Season-best 5k time of 17:59.3 at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 19, taking 8th place in the meet.
Indoor (Junior): Season-best 3000m time of 10:23.16 at Minnesota’s Jack Johnson Classic on Feb. 1 … Season-best mile time of 5:13.85 at the UND Tune-Up on Feb. 22.

Cross Country (Freshman): Placed 17th at the Summit League Championships on Oct. 28 … NDSU’s No. 5 finisher at the conference meet … Among NDSU’s top five finishers at five of the six meets she entered … No. 4 finisher for the Bison at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 10, taking 104th overall in a season-best 6k time of 21:49.2 … Placed 9th at the Bison Open on Sept. 1 in her first collegiate race.
Indoor (Freshman): Ran the leadoff 1200m leg on NDSU’s distance medley relay that claimed the Summit League title … Also finished 11th in the 5000m at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Season-best mile time of 5:05.70, winning the event at the UND Indoor Tune-Up on Feb. 17 … Season-best 3000m time of 10:06.81 at Washington on Feb. 10.

High School: Earned a fourth-place finish at the North Dakota Class A state cross country meet as a junior in 2015 and took fifth as a senior in 2016 … In track, Dufner placed in the top six at the state meet in the 1600m and 3200m as a sophomore, junior and senior, in addition to finishing fifth in the 800m her junior and senior seasons ...
