Cross Country (Freshman): Among NDSU’s top five finishers at three of the first four meets of the season … Season-best 6k time of 21:17.2 at the Marauders Invite, placing fifth overall.
Indoor (Redshirt): Did not compete.
Outdoor (Freshman): Placed 5th in the 10,000m and 8th in the 5000m at the Summit League Championships … Season-best times of 36:28.63 in the 10,000m, 16:55.38 in the 5000m, and 4:39.46 in the 1500m.
High School: Minnesota state cross country runner-up as a senior in 2023 … 2023 Roy Griak Invitational cross country champion … Placed 3rd in the 3200m and took 4th in the 1600m at the Minnesota state track meet as a senior in 2024 … Placed 3rd in the 3200m and 6th in the 1600m at the state track meet as a junior in 2023 … Finished 11th in the 2-mile and 13th in the 5,000m at Nike Outdoor Nationals in 2024 … High school personal-bests of 4:57 in the 1600m and 10:30 in the 3200m.
