Biography

Before NDSU: Redshirted the 2007 season and played in 28 of 32 matches as a freshman in 2008 at Minnesota State Moorhead...Averaged 1.62 digs per set for the Dragons, who went 17-15 overall.

High School: Graduated in 2007 from Moorhead High School, where she was a four-year letterwinner and three-year starting setter...Voted team MVP her senior year...Established career records for matches played (109), sets played (312), assists (2,221), aces (179) and digs (623)...Part of three section championships in 2003, 2005 and 2006...Also lettered in track and field.

Personal: Daughter of Tim and Kim Schwartzenberger...Has an older sister, Carrie, who was a four-year letterwinner at Minnesota State Moorhead...Majoring in interior design.
