The 2003 Season (Junior): Capped off an impressive junior season by being tabbed for honorable mention on the AVCA Division II All-America team...Hit .221, and averaged 4.07 kills and 2.76 digs per game in starting 33 matches and 124 games last season...Also added 48 blocks, 40 service aces and 16 assists...Named to the NCAA Division II North Central Regional all-tournament team...Named to the AVCA All-North Central Region first team and the Daktronics All-North Central Region second team...Earned a spot on the All-NCC first team...NCC Player of the Week...In the final NCC statistics, Hebl was first in kills (4.39 kpg), fifth in service aces (0.35 sapg) and 12th in hitting percentage (.248, 224k-75e-600att)...Connected for a career-high 31 kills against North Dakota (10-18)...Became the first Bison since former All-American Julie Sherman to reach 30 kills in a match (Sherman had 35 vs. Augustana on 11-9-1991)...Reached double-figure kills in 27 matches including seven 20-plus efforts...Recorded double-figure digs in 20 matches...Led the Bison in kills on 18 occasions and blocks once.

High School: A 2001 graduate of Stewartville High...Led the Tigers to the 2000 Minnesota Class 2A state championship...Dominated play in the title match with 40 kills, 20 digs and four solo blocks to earn all-state tournament honors...Played on two state championship teams, a third-place squad and consolation champion team...Two-time all-state and all-state tournament team selection...Three-time All-Hiawatha Valley League pick...Athlete of the Week pick during senior year by KAAL and Varsity Online, and also KFIL Player of the Game...Set school records for most ace serves and best ace serve percentage...Also played basketball and softball...Played the drums in the Stewartville marching band and went to state for solo ensemble.

Personal: Daughter of Dewey and Cynthia Hebl...Has three sisters, Jenny, Michelle and Erin, and one brother, Jeremy...Majoring in child development...Prep coaches were John Dzubay (volleyball), Sharon Morlock (basketball) and Larry Raadt (softball).
