     2009 Season (Junior): All-Summit League first team...Started 15 of 27 matches and played in all 101 sets...Second on the team in kills (301), kills per set (2.98) points (328.5) and points per set (3.25)...Sixth in The Summit League with 3.34 kills per set and eighth with a .280 hitting percentage...All-tournament at the Hampton Inn and Suites Northern Colorado Classic...Named Summit League co-Offensive Player of the Week on Sept. 14 after hitting over .500 back-to-back wins over Oral Roberts and Centenary and leading NDSU in kills four straight matches...Had four double-doubles including a season-high 24 kills and 12 digs against Oakland in October...Hit a career-high .556 with 10 kills and zero attack errrors against Centenary Nov. 13...Named to the Summit League Fall All-Academic Team and Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

     2008 Season (Sophomore): Played in 26 of 28 matches and 59 of 101 sets, averaging 2.03 kills and 1.81 digs per set...Made five starts in the first seven matches of the year against UC Riverside, Gonzaga, UTEP, Northern Colorado and Maryland...Set career highs for kills (24), attacks (55) and points (26.0) in the season opener against UC Riverside...Completed a double-double against UCR with 10 digs...Had another double-double with 12 kills and 11 digs against Northern Colorado to win the Doublewood Inn Classic and earn all-tournament honors...Made a season-high 12 digs at IUPUI...Named to  and Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

     2007 Season (Freshman): Played in 26 of 28 matches and 63 of 106 sets, averaging 1.22 kills and 1.52 digs per set...Made starts against Texas Southern and at UMKC...Double-figure digs in three matches, including a season-high 17 vs. McNeese State...Made 14 digs as part of a double-double with a season-high 12 kills in the home win over Western Illinois...Had 13 digs and nine kills in the win at UMKC...Named to the Summit League Fall All-Academic Team.

     High School: Graduated in 2007 from Cary-Grove High School...Two-time captain, MVP,  and all-conference player for for coach Patty Langanis...Won a conference championship in 2006...Named to the Chicago Sun Times all-area team and was an all-state honorable mention as a junior...Led Cary-Grove in kills, digs and serve receive percentage her final three years, and was second on the team in those categories as the first freshman in school history to start on the varsity team...Played for coach Scott Harris on the Sky High volleyball club, which won a national championship in the 17-National Division at the 2006 USA Junior Olympic tournament.

     Personal: Daughter of Michael McLaughlin and Debra McLaughlin...Family includes an older brother, Blair, and an older sister, Cassie, who played volleyball for two seasons at Florida State and two seasons at Northwestern University...Majoring in sport management with a minor in broadcasting and journalism...Interned with the NDSU athletic media relations office...Plans to work in the collegiate or professional sports market.
