Border States congratulates Ben Ellefson, one of this week's Border States Electric Student-Athletes of the Week.
Ellefson, a sophomore tight end from Hawley, Minn., has totaled three receptions for 35 yards and two touchdowns for North Dakota State in 2017. A key blocker for NDSU, Ellefson played in all 14 games and was named to the Missouri Valley Football Conference Honor Roll in 2016. He currently owns a 3.900 GPA in education.
