Border States congratulates Kristoffer Thomsen, one of this week's Border States Electric Student-Athletes of the Week.
Thomsen, an engineering major, recorded a personal-best hammer throw of 195-4 (59.54m) at the Rock Chalk Classic in Lawrence, Kan. Friday. The Aarhus, Denmark native also registered a 63-02.25 (19.26m) in the shot put, finishing runner-up behind teammate Alex Talley.
