Border States congratulates Tanner Volson, one of this week's Border States Electric Student-Athletes of the Week.
Volson, a 6-foot-4, 301-pound junior from Balfour, N.D., was named Missouri Valley Football Conference Offensive Lineman of the Week following his performance in NDSU's 72-7 season-opening win over Mississippi Valley State. Volson owns a 3.361 cumulative GPA in construction management.
