BATON ROUGE, La. – Carlee Wallace went 3-for-3 with three RBI and Goose McGlaun hit two home runs as No. 13-ranked Baylor defeated North Dakota State 11-2 in five innings in the final game of the LSU Round Robin tournament Sunday, March 25, at Tiger Park.

NDSU (18-10) is scheduled to play BYU (17-14) at 3:30 p.m. CT Friday, March 30, at the Arizona State Invitational.

McGlaun hit a solo home run to lead off the second inning and put Baylor ahead for good at 2-1.

The Bison had tied the game at 1-1 in the top of the second.
Vanessa Anderson had a one-out single, moved to second on a walk to
Julia Luciano and scored on
Madyson Camacho's two-out base hit up the middle. Anderson led NDSU with two hits including a double.

Baylor (20-6) exploded for five runs in the bottom of the third inning highlighted by Shelby Friudenberg's two-run home run.

McGlaun connected for her second homer, a two-run shot, as part of a four-run fourth inning to put the Bears up 11-1.

Kara O'Byrne and
KK Leddy pitched for the Bison with Sertic taking the loss. Leddy struck out three in her inning of relief.

Megan Green (5-1) recorded the win for Baylor. Green allowed six hits, walked four and struck out two.
