NASHVILLE, Tenn. - For the sixth time this year, North Dakota State sophomore Van Holmgren has turned in a top-10 finish. Holmgren finished in a tie for seventh at the Ryman Hospitality Intercollegiate Tuesday, as the Bison men's golf team wrapped up the regular season.

Holmgren shot a 73 in the final round with a pair of birdies, as he shot an even 142 for the two rounds. The tournament was shortened to two rounds due to rain in the Nashville area on Monday. Andrew Israelson and Lucas Johnson each tied for 57th with a 155. Israelson shot a 75 in the final round, while Johnson shot an 80. Israelson had two birdies on the final day, while Johnson added one.

Nate Deziel had three birdies on the day, as he shot a 77. Deziel finished in a tie for 69th with a 157 for the two rounds. Will Holmgren rounded out the lineup for the Bison, as he shot a 94 in the final round to finish with a 176 in 87th place.

NDSU shot a 305 in the final round, finishing in 13th place with a 609 over the two rounds. USC Upstate won the team title with a 573 over the two rounds. Southern Mississippi's Brian Richards won the individual title with a 137 over the two rounds.

The Bison return to action April 28-30 at the Summit League Championship in Newton, Kan.
