North Dakota State Announces 2021 Baseball Schedule

FARGO, N.D. - North Dakota State head baseball coach Tod Brown has announced the 2021 Bison baseball schedule on Thursday, Feb. 4.

The Bison will open the season with four non-conference road trips, beginning with a three-game series at Western Kentucky on Feb. 19-21. NDSU will also face St. Louis (Feb. 26-28), Northern Colorado (March 5-7) and Dayton (March 12-14, 16) before opening Summit League play.

NDSU will open the Summit League portion of the schedule with three-straight road weekends. New to the schedule this year, Summit League games will be a four-game weekend schedule, with a doubleheader scheduled on Friday of each series. The Bison will travel to Western Illinois (March 19-21), Oral Roberts (March 26-28) and Omaha (April 2-4) to start league play.

Following a scheduled 27-game road trip to start the season, NDSU will open the home slate on April 9 with the first of eight league games over two weekends. The Bison will host Western Illinois (April 9-11) and Oral Roberts (April 16-18) during the stretch. Following a road trip to South Dakota State (April 23-25), NDSU will face Valley City State on April 27 before traveling to Kansas for a three-game series with the Jayhawks April 30-May 2. 

NDSU opens a 10-game homestand on May 4 against Mayville State. The Bison will also play Omaha (May 7-9), Concordia (May 10) and South Dakota State (May 14-16) during that stretch. NDSU closes the regular season with three games at Eastern Kentucky (May 20-22).

The Summit League Baseball Championship will be hosted by Omaha May 26-29 hosted by Omaha at Tal Anderson Field in Omaha, Neb.
