STANFORD, Calif. – A pair of Bison women posted field event marks that rank third-best in school history to highlight the efforts of the North Dakota State track & field team on Saturday at the Stanford Invitational.

Amanda Anderson won the discus title, throwing a career-best 180-2 (54.93m) to rank third in NDSU history.

Alissa Melvin jumped a career-best 42-02.00 (12.85m) to win her section of the triple jump at Stanford, ranking third all-time outdoors for NDSU.

Sophomore
Grace Emineth posted a personal-best mark of 39-09.25 (12.12m) to take third in the collegiate triple jump.

Bison freshman
Grace Link ran a big personal-best of 2:13.17 in the 800m at the Stanford Invitational.

At the Mike Fanelli Track Classic hosted by San Francisco State University, NDSU sophomore
Salmata Korgho won the 100m hurdles in 14.05.
Bonet Henderson won the 100m dash, clocking 12.16.

Bailee Dierks (1:04.40),
Kaci Cooper (1:05.22), and
Angel Pratt (1:05.54) finished 4-5-6 in the 400m hurdles at San Francisco State.

At the USD Early Bird meet in Vermillion, S.D.,
Daejha Moss took fourth place in the high jump, clearing 5-7 (1.70m). She also placed fourth in the long jump with a mark of 18-11.25 (5.77m).

Taylor Leingang was the runner-up in the javelin with a throw of 136-6 (41.61m).

Alexis Roehl took fourth in the 3000m steeplechase at South Dakota, running 11:16.61.
Onnica Stansbury was fifth in 11:18.78.
