NDSU Women Underway at USD Early Bird Meet

VERMILLION, S.D. – The North Dakota State women's track & field team opened competition at the USD Early Bird meet on Friday.
Sophomore Onnica Stansbury took second in the 3000m steeplechase, running 11:11.57. Alexis Roehl was third in 11:13.49.
Hope Pringle was the runner-up in the 5000m, finishing in 18:01.49.
Freshman Alex Seagris took second in the javelin with a throw of 142-5 (43.41m).
Competition will resume on Saturday in Vermillion.
