FARGO, N.D. – South Dakota State plated five runs in the sixth inning to sneak past the North Dakota State baseball team, 6-5, on Thursday night at Newman Outdoor Field.

NDSU then stretched its lead 3-0 after both Law and James Dunlap connected on RBI singles in the third inning. Druw Sackett kept the momentum going in the fifth launching his team-high 13th home run of the season to increase the advantage to 4-0.
