NDSU Women’s Golf Remains in Ninth Place on Day Two of Coeur d'Alene Resort Invitational

COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho – The North Dakota State women's golf team remains in ninth place after the second round of play at the Coeur d'Alene Resort Invitational on Monday afternoon.
The Bison posted rounds of 296 and 294 for a two-round total of 590 and are in ninth place in the 13-team tournament. UC Davis (288-279—567) took a two-stroke lead to jump two spots into first place. Seattle (289-280—569) sit in second place, while Gonzaga (284-291—575) is in third place.
Elise Hoven (73-69—142) finished -2 on the par 71 course to move up 12 spots on the leaderboard, sitting tied for eighth place. The Grafton, Wis. native tied a single-round career-low of 69 in round two after connecting on four birdies.
Leah Skaar (75-73—148) finished the day +2 and is tied for 29th place, while Madi Hicks (73-77—150) sits two strokes back and tied for 34th place. Norah Roberts (75-76—151) is in 45th place, while Cora Larson (80-76—156) rounds out the Bison tied for 60th place.
Catherine Monty (80-73—153) competed as an individual for the Bison and currently sits tied for 48th place.
The Bison will finish the Coeur d'Alene Resort Invitational tomorrow.
