NDSU Women Looking to Reclaim Summit League Indoor Crown

The North Dakota State University women's track & field team will attempt to win its league-record 15th team title at the Summit League Indoor Championships this Friday, Feb. 23, and Saturday, Feb. 24, as the Bison host the meet at the Shelly Ellig Indoor Track & Field Facility on campus.
The Bison women have claimed 14 indoor team titles in 16 years since joining The Summit League in 2008. Combined with 14 outdoor team titles, the NDSU women have won 28 out of 31 team conference championships in the past 16 years.
NDSU finished second behind South Dakota at last year's Summit League Indoor Championships.
NDSU will enter this year's meet with three of the league's top five performers in both the 60m hurdles and the triple jump.
The meet will begin at 9:30 a.m. CT on both days with the multi-events. Field events will start at 3 p.m. on Friday and 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. Running events will begin at 3:30 p.m. on Friday and 1 p.m. on Saturday.
