Bison Cross Country Opens Season at Marauders Invite Friday in Bismarck

The North Dakota State men's and women's cross country teams will open the 2024 season at the Marauders Invite hosted by the University of Mary on Friday afternoon in Bismarck, N.D.
The men's eight-kilometer race is scheduled for 3 p.m., with the women's 6k to follow at 4 p.m. at the McDowell Dam Recreation Area.
The NDSU men return five of their top six runners from last year in Zach Johnson, Symon Keiser, Hunter Klimek, Jake Arason and Tyson Mahar – who are all seniors in 2024.
The Bison women return their top four finishers from the Summit League Championships last season in senior Grace Link, senior Reagan Baesler, sophomore Logan Harz, and junior Aleah Miller, along with adding a group of 10 freshmen to this season's cross country squad.
