NDSU Track & Field to Open 2025 Outdoor Season in San Antonio

The North Dakota State University women's and men's track & field teams will open the 2025 outdoor season at the UTSA Invitational in San Antonio, Texas, this Friday, March 21, and Saturday, March 22.
The meet will be held at Park West Athletics Complex, beginning with the javelin, hammer throw, shot put, long jump, 3000m steeplechase, and 5000m on Friday. All remaining events will be contested on Saturday.
Friday will start with the men's javelin at 10 a.m., with the distance events scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. On Saturday, field events start at 11 a.m. and track events at 2 p.m.
The Bison men and women have both won 15 Summit League outdoor team titles in 16 seasons since joining the league in 2008.
