Bison Women Favored for Summit League Outdoor Track & Field Title

The North Dakota State women's track & field team will attempt to win its 16th outdoor conference title this week, competing at the Summit League Outdoor Track & Field Championships hosted by South Dakota in Vermillion on May 15-17.
After joining The Summit League prior to the 2008 season, NDSU won 15 outdoor track & field team championships in 16 tries.
Combined with 16 indoor team titles, the NDSU women have won 31 out of a possible 34 Summit League team championships since 2008.
Based on the league performance lists entering the meet, the triple jump, long jump, 200m dash and 1500m project to be some of the highest-scoring events for the Bison women.
