Walker Tabbed Summit League Kwik Star Peak Pitcher of the Week

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Senior left-handed pitcher Jonah Walker has been named the Summit League Kwik Star Peak Pitcher of the Week, the league office announced on Tuesday afternoon.
Walker helped guide the Bison (8-26, 5-10 Summit) to a series split at Oral Roberts in the 11-3 win on Sunday. The Lincoln, Neb., native tossed two strikeouts with three walks and one run across 5.0 innings. Walker also registered a 1.80 ERA and held the Golden Eagles to a .263 batting average.

The Bison will be back in action hosting South Dakota State on Friday. First pitch is set for 6:30 p.m., at Newman Outdoor Field.
