NDSU Wrestling Announces 2026-27 Schedule

FARGO, N.D. – The North Dakota State wrestling program and head coach Obenson Blanc have announced the 2026-27 schedule, which features 16 duals overall, including eight home duals over seven dates inside the Scheels Center at the Sanford Health Athletic Complex.
The first whistle of the season will come on November 1, when the Bison take on UMary at home in the Dakota Duals, an event that will also feature a simultaneous dual between the women's programs of Sioux Falls and Minot State.
The Bison will travel to the Daktronics Invite on November 8 in Brookings before heading to the Sunshine Wrestling Duals at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida on November 14, where the Bison will take on Iowa State and Wisconsin.
The final two events of the calendar year for the Bison will be at home, taking on Bucknell on November 20, before hosting a triangular with Duke and Michigan State on December 4 to wrap up 2026.
NDSU will continue its tradition of opening up the new year at the Southern Scuffle in Chattanooga, Tennessee, with the event taking place on January 2-3. The Bison will also make a return trip to the Davidson Duals on January 16, taking on Chattanooga and The Citadel.
The Bison will open up the Pac-12 era with four-straight road duals in late January. NDSU will head to California and take on Cal State Bakersfield on January 22, before facing Cal Poly on January 24. The Bison then head to Colorado on January 30-31, taking on Air Force and Northern Colorado.
After the road swing, NDSU will close out the dual schedule with four-straight Pac-12 duals at home, beginning with Northern Illinois and Little Rock on February 5-6. The Bison will then welcome in Oregon State on February 14, before closing out the regular season February 21 against South Dakota State.
The first-ever appearance at the Pac-12 Championships for the Bison will come on March 4-5 in Little Rock, Arkansas. The 2027 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships will be held March 18-20 in St. Louis, Missouri.
