Indoor (Sophomore): Season-best mile time of 4:14.83 at the Jim Emmerich Invite on Jan. 22.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Season-best 3000m steeplechase time of 9:40.26 at the Stanford Invitational.
2020-21 SEASON
Cross Country: Placed 15th at the Summit League Championships ... No. 4 finisher for the Bison at the conference meet.
Indoor: Placed 8th in the mile and anchored the Bison distance medley relay to 4th place at the Summit League Indoor Championships ... Personal-best mile time of 4:14.10 at the conference meet.
Outdoor (Freshman): Placed 5th in the 3000m steeplechase and took 8th in the 1500m at the Summit League Outdoor Championships ... Personal-best steeplechase time of 9:17.55 at the conference meet ... Indoor (Freshman): Placed 8th in the mile and finished 10th in the 3000m at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Season-best mile time of 4:14.92 at Nebraska’s Mark Colligan Memorial on Jan. 25 … Season-best 3000m time of 8:32.06 at Minnesota’s Jack Johnson Classic on Feb. 1.
