Cross Country (Junior): Among NDSU’s top 7 finishers at all six meets on the season … Peaked as the No. 3 finisher for the Bison at the Dragon Twilight Invitational on Sept. 9 … Placed 22nd at the Summit League Championships in an 8k season-best of 24:09.7 as NDSU’s No. 7 finisher … Took 4th place at the Dragon Twilight Invitational.
Indoor (Sophomore): Season-best 3000m time of 8:28.92 at the Jim Emmerich Invite.
Outdoor (Junior): Summit League runner-up in the 3000m steeplechase … Clocked a personal-best 8:58.26 in the steeplechase at the Summit League Championships to rank 5th-fastest in school history … Personal-best 5,000m time of 14:49.00 at the Bryan Clay Invitational … Recorded four 3000m steeplechase races under 9:01.
2021-22 SEASON
Cross Country (Sophomore): Among NDSU’s top three finishers at all five meets he ran during the season … No. 3 finisher for the Bison at the Summit League Championships, placing 21st overall … No. 2 finisher for NDSU at the NCAA Midwest Regional, taking 116th place in 32:49.7 for the 10k … Top runner for the Bison at the SDSU Classic on Sept. 10.
Indoor (Freshman): Competed unattached, running 8:32.55 for the 3000m.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Summit League runner-up in the 3000m steeplechase, running 9:10.94 at the conference meet … Personal-best steeplechase time of 9:04.42 at the Mt. SAC Relays, ranking 9th-fastest in school history … Also took 12th in the 5000m at the conference meet.
2020-21 SEASON

2019-20 SEASON
Cross Country (Freshman): Among NDSU’s top six finishers at every meet on the season … Placed 21st at the Summit League Championships in Fargo on Nov. 2, running a season-best 8k time of 26:08.3 … No. 6 finisher for the Bison at the conference meet … No. 3 finisher for the Bison at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 15, clocking a 10k time of 33:32.2 … Took 17th at the Bison Open for his collegiate debut on Aug. 30.
Indoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached in one meet, running 4:28.18 in the mile at the Bison Open.
