Indoor (Senior): Summit League runner-up in the 400m dash, clocking an indoor personal-best of 47.54 to rank 2nd-fastest in NDSU history … Also anchored the Bison 4x400m relay to 2nd place at the Summit League Championships in the 5th-fastest time in school history (3:12.43) … Member of the NDSU 4x400m relay that set the Shelly Ellig Indoor Facility record.
Outdoor (Senior): NCAA Outdoor Championships qualifier and honorable mention All-American in the 4x400m relay, placing 18th at the national meet … Anchor of the Bison 4x400m relay that broke the outdoor school record at three consecutive meets in May and June – 3:07.18 to win the conference title, 3:05.57 at the NCAA West Prelims, and 3:05.24 at the NCAA Championships … Individual qualifier to the NCAA West Prelims in the 400m dash, advancing to the national quarterfinals in a personal-best and school record 46.18 … Owns the three fastest 400m dash times in NDSU history – 46.18, 46.22, and 46.27 … Placed 3rd in the 400m at the Summit League Championships, breaking the meet record and school record … Clocked at a career-best split of 45.13 for his 4x400m anchor leg at the NCAA Championships … Split 45.21 at the NCAA Prelims to earn a spot at the NCAA Championships.
2020-21 SEASON
Indoor: Summit League champion in the 4x400m relay and league runner-up in the 400m dash … Indoor personal-best 400m time of 47.63 in the conference final, ranking 2nd-fastest in NDSU history … The Summit League champion 4x400m relay clocked 3:11.04 to rank 2nd in NDSU history … Also ran on NDSU 4x400m relays that won the Iowa State Classic and Dakota Quad Classic, setting a facility record … Ran 34.22 to win the 300m dash at the Bison Open, ranking No. 3 all-time at NDSU.
Outdoor (Junior): Summit League champion in the 4x400m relay … Also placed 5th in the 400m dash at the Summit League Championships, running an outdoor PR of 47.93 … NCAA West Preliminary Rounds qualifier in the 4x400m relay … The Bison men clocked 3:09.24 to win the 4x400 at Arkansas on May 7 to rank 2nd-fastest in school history.
2019-20 SEASON
Indoor (Junior): Placed 5th in the 400m dash and ran on NDSU’s conference runner-up 4x400m relay at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Season-best 400m time of 48.83 in the final at the conference meet … Clocked 34.52 in the 300m dash at the Bison Open on Feb. 7 to rank 5th-fastest in NDSU history … Won the 400m at the Bison Team Cup on Jan. 18 … Ended the season ranked 8th in NDSU indoor history in the 400m.
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2018-19 SEASON
Indoor (Sophomore): Placed 5th in the 400m dash and ran on NDSU’s 3rd-place 4x400m relay team at the Summit League Championships … Season-best 400m time of 48.22 in the finals of the conference meet, ranking 7th all-time on the NDSU indoor list … Ran 1:22.20 in the 600m for 2nd place at the Dakota Classic on Dec. 7 … Won the 400m at the Thundering Herd Classic on Jan. 12.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed 5th in the 400m dash and ran on NDSU’s runner-up 4x400m relay at the Summit League Championships … Clocked a 400m dash personal-best of 48.11 at the Texas State Bobcat Invitational on Mar. 30 … Runner-up in the 400m at the Kip Janvrin Open on Apr. 26, finishing in 48.18.
Prior to NDSU: Spent his freshman season at the University of North Dakota in 2017-18 ... Posted indoor season-best times of 48.58 in the 400m and 1:20.68 in the 600m ... Ran six 400m races under 49 seconds during the season ... Placed 11th in the 400m at the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championships.
High School: Placed 3rd in the 400m dash at the Minnesota Class AA state meet as a senior in 2017, as well as running on Bemidji's state title-winning 4x800m relay ... Took 6th in the 400m at state as a junior in 2016 ... Two-time state placewinner in the 4x400m relay.
