2020-21 SEASON
Indoor: NCAA Indoor Championships qualifier, placing 10th in the shot put at the national meet for second team All-America honors … Placed 3rd in the shot put at the Summit League Championships … Season-best shot put mark of 63-03.50 (19.29m) at the UND Tune-Up on Feb. 20 … Threw 62-10.75 (19.17m) at the NCAA Championships, where three Bison men finished in the top 10 of the shot put.
Outdoor (Sophomore): NCAA Outdoor Championships qualifier, finishing 20th in the shot put at the national meet for honorable mention All-America honors … Placed 2nd in the shot put, 5th in the discus, and 8th in the hammer throw at the Summit League Championships … Outdoor shot put personal-best of 64-01.25 (19.54m) at the Drake Relays, winning the University Division title … Personal-best discus throw of 169-2 (51.56m) at the conference meet, ranking 10th-best in school history … Hammer throw PR of 195-4 (59.54m) at the Rock Chalk Classic … Ended the season ranked 4th in NDSU outdoor history for the shot put.
2019-20 SEASON
Indoor (Sophomore): NCAA Indoor Championships qualifier in the shot put, ranking 7th in the NCAA for the 2020 season … Won the Summit League shot put title with a career-best throw of 66-08.50 (20.33m), ranking 2nd in NDSU history behind only all-time collegiate recordholder Payton Otterdahl … Also took 10th in the weight throw at the conference meet … Won the shot put at Nebraska’s Mark Colligan Memorial on Jan. 25, throwing 63-03.50 (19.29m) … Threw 63-04.00 (19.30m) in the season-opening Dakota Classic on Dec. 6.

Outdoor (Freshman): NCAA Championships qualifier in the shot put, placing 15th at the national meet for second-team All-America honors … Season-best shot put mark of 63-11.50 (19.49m) at the NCAA West Prelims to finish 5th … Placed 2nd in the shot put, 6th in the javelin, and 8th in the discus at the Summit League Championships … Ended the year ranked 3rd all-time at NDSU in the outdoor shot put … Danish national champion in the shot put … Season-bests of 153-10 (46.90m) in the discus, 185-6 (56.54m) in the hammer, and 173-6 (52.89m) in the javelin.
