2014-15 SEASON
 
Cross Country (Senior): Joined the Bison cross country team in her fourth year on campus … Among NDSU’s top 5 finishers in all four meets in which she competed … Finished 19th at the Summit League Championships in Fargo … Season-best 6k time of 22:08.2 at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 14, finishing 133rd overall … Season-best 5k time of 18:24.9 at the UND Ron Pynn Invitational on Oct. 18, placing 8th … NDSU’s No. 4 finisher at the NCAA Midwest Regional and No. 5 finisher at the Summit League Championships.
Indoor (Senior): Summit League champion in the 4x400m relay, running the third leg on the Bison squad that clocked a facility record 3:44.47 for the win … Also placed 5th in the 400m dash and 8th in the 60m hurdles at the conference meet in Fargo … Indoor season-best 400m time of 56.65 at the Summit League Championships … Also had a season-best 9.35 seconds in the 60m hurdles at the league meet … Ran 1:34.06 in the 600m at the Bison Classic, ending the season ranked 9th in NDSU history in the event … Ran the 3rd leg on the NDSU 4x400m relay that ran 3:41.80 at the Iowa State Classic on Feb. 14 to rank 4th in school history.
Outdoor (Senior): NCAA West Preliminary Rounds qualifier in the 400m hurdles and 4x400m relay … NCAA quarterfinalist in the 400m hurdles, finishing 22nd in the West … Ran the 3rd leg on the Bison 4x400m relay that clocked a season-best time of 3:38.05 at NCAA Prelims to rank 4th-fastest in school history … Summit League champion in the 4x400m relay … Placed 4th at the league meet in the 400m hurdles … Clocked a 400m hurdles season best of 59.37 at the Lyle Hokanson Classic on May 1 … 400m hurdles runner-up at the Beach Invitational on Apr. 18 in 59.79 … USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree.
 
2013-14 SEASON

Indoor (Junior): Second-team All-American as a member of the record-setting Bison 4x400m relay team that placed 11th at the NCAA Indoor Championships ... Ran on the 4x400m relay team that broke the school record three times in 21 days, culminating in a time of 3:34.57 at Notre Dame's Alex Wilson Invitational on Feb. 22 that ranked ninth in the nation ... Placed third in the pentathlon (3,382 points) and the 400m dash (56.08) at the Summit League Indoor Championships ... Won her second straight Thundering Herd Classic pentathlon title on Feb. 7 with a personal-best 3,654 points ... Ended the indoor season ranked fifth in NDSU history in the pentathlon ... Top times of 2:16.56 in the 800m, 56.08 in the 400m, and 9.12 in the 60m hurdles.
Outdoor (Junior): Summit League champion and NCAA West Preliminary Rounds qualifier in the 400m hurdles ... Also placed third at the Summit League Championships in the 400m dash ... Ran a personal-best 58.90 in the 400m hurdles at the Beach Invitational on Apr. 19 to rank second in NDSU history ... Placed 35th at the NCAA West Prelims in the 400m hurdles ... Scored 4,750 points in the California Invitational heptathlon to rank eighth all-time at NDSU ... Ran on the 4x400m relay team that set a school record in the Drake Relays prelims, and was the alternate for the team at the NCAA Outdoor Championships ... 2012-13 SEASON

Indoor (Sophomore): Placed fifth in the pentathlon at the Summit League Indoor Championships with 3,333 points ... Season-best pentathlon score of 3,349 points to win the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 1 ... Ran 57.69 in the 400m and 2:19.57 in the 800m on the season ... Also posted a best mark of 5-03.00 (1.60m) in the high jump.
Outdoor (Sophomore): All-Summit League performer in the heptathlon, finishing third at the Summit League Outdoor Championships with 4,654 points ... Moved into NDSU's all-time Top 10 in the heptathlon at the league meet ... Took fourth place in the 400m hurdles at the Summit League Championships in a personal-best 1:01.24 ... Also scored 4,576 at the California Invitational heptathlon on Apr. 17-18 ... Season-best 800m time of 2:17.55.

2011-12 SEASON
 
Indoor (Freshman): Fourth place in the pentathlon at the Summit League Indoor Championships, totaling 3,264 points ... season-best 60m hurdles time of 9.54 seconds at the conference meet ... recorded the fastest pentathlon 800m time at the Summit League Championships, running 2:22.01 ... season-best 400m time of 58.51 in the prelims of the conference meet.
Outdoor (Freshman): Summit League runner-up in the 400m hurdles ... ranked No. 7 all-time at NDSU in the 400m hurdles with her time of 1:02.04 at the conference meet ... fifth place in the heptathlon at the Summit League Outdoor Championships with 4,383 points ... ran 57.53 in the 400m at the Beach Invitational on Apr. 21 ... 100m hurdles season best of 15.69 at the conference meet ... season-best mark of 5-03.00 (1.60m) in the high jump ... recorded an 800m time of 2:19.56 in the heptathlon at the Aztec Invitational on Mar. 16.
