Cross Country (Sophomore): Finished among NDSU’s top 5 in every meet she competed … Earned second-team All-Summit League honors with a 12th-place finish at the Summit League Championships in Fargo on Nov. 1 … NDSU’s No. 3 finisher at the conference meet … Season-best 5k time of 18:26.3 at the UND Ron Pynn Invitational on Oct. 18 … Season-best 6k time of 22:13.0 at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 14.
Indoor (Sophomore): Season-best 3,000m time of 10:38.33 at the Jack Johnson Classic on Jan. 31 … Indoor-best 18:07.71 in the 5,000m at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 14 … Also ran 5:20.89 in the indoor mile.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Season-best 5,000m time of 17:55.70 at the Kip Janvrin Open on Apr. 24.
2013-14 SEASON
Cross Country (Redshirt): No. 3 finisher for NDSU at the season-opening Bison Open on Aug. 30, posting a 4k time of 15:00.22 for sixth place overall ... Did not compete for the remainder of the season.
Indoor (Freshman): Placed 13th in the 5,000m at the Summit League Indoor Championships, finishing in 18:13.35 ... Also ran 10:49.09 in the 3,000m and 5:26.95 in the mile for the season.
Outdoor (Freshman): Posted a time of 4:57.36 in the 1500m at the Lyle Hokanson Classic in Fargo on Apr. 11.
2012-13 SEASON
Cross Country (Freshman): As a true freshman, was NDSU’s No. 5 finisher at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 9 and No. 6 finisher at The Summit League Championships on Oct. 27 … 21st place at the conference meet … season-best 5k time of 18:29 at the UND Ron Pynn Invitational on Oct. 13, placing ninth in the meet … season-best 6k time of 22:31 at the Stanford Invitational on Sept. 29 … took seventh in the season-opening Bison Invitational on Aug. 31.

HIGH SCHOOL: Won three straight North Dakota state cross country titles ... Three-time North Dakota Gatorade Girls Cross Country Runner of the Year ... posted a personal-best 4k time of 14:16 to win the 2011 state title ... A part of two team state championships ... Runner-up at the North Dakota track & field championships in the 1600m, running 5:09 ... State track and field runner-up in both the 1600m and the 3200m in 2010 ... President of Key Club and a member of the leadership group for National Honor Society and Eagle Ambassadors.
