Dacotah Field
The Bison began a new era in 2013 with the relocation of all home matches to historic Dacotah Field. The former NDSU football stadium was upgraded with a new soccer scoreboard, refurbished stadium bench seating, a new sound system and improved overhead lighting. A new FieldTurf playing surface was installed in 2017 along with new graphics to provide a more intimate, soccer-specific feel.
Sanford Health Athletic Complex
The $50 million Sanford Health Athletic Complex opened in November 2016. The SHAC (pronounced "shack") houses the NDSU athletic department offices, equipment room, sports medicine, strength and conditioning, and the Bison Ticket Office. There is an academic center, student-athlete lounge, and a fueling station within the weight room offers nutritious snacks for before and after workouts. The facility is also home to locker rooms for every sport, with the exception of football and volleyball.
Locker Room
The NDSU women's soccer locker room in the Sanford Health Athletic Complex features individual lockers for every student-athlete, a lounge area with couches, chairs and a television, and a study area. Restroom and shower facilities are also located within the locker room area.
Dr. Frank and Margie Meyers Academic Center
Located on the second floor of the Sanford Health Athletic Complex, the state-of-the-art Dr. Frank and Margie Meyers Academic Center is home to the NDSU athletic academics staff and provides student-athletes with a computer lab, kinesthetic study room, dark room and individual and group study areas.Strength and Conditioning
The NDSU weight room is large enough to accommodate four teams at one time. It has 60 yards of turf for warm-ups, speed and agility, conditioning and flexibility training, and a cardio area that is designed for non-impact conditioning circuits and reconditioning injured student-athletes. Before or after workouts, student-athletes can visit the Gate City Bank Fueling Station where various nutritional items are available.
