2023 SEASON (SENIOR): Finished 11th in the voting for the Walter Payton Award, presented to the FCS Offensive Player of the Year...Named second team All-America by Stats Perform...Second team All-Missouri Valley Football Conference...Ranked second in the FCS and first in the MVFC in completion percentage (72.0)...Also ranked second nationally in pass efficiency (169.0) and was third in yards per passing attempt (9.3)...Ranked third in the MVFC with 13 rushing TDs...Had six 200-yard passing games and his first 2,000-yard season...Went 208 of 289 passing for 2,688 yards with 19 TDs and four interceptions...Led NDSU with 135 rushing attempts and tied for the team lead with 13 rushing touchdowns...Season-high 256 yards on 16-of-20 passing with two TDs in the win at Missouri State.

2022 SEASON (JUNIOR): Started all 15 games at quarterback...Ranked third in the Missouri Valley Football Conference and 14th in FCS with a 65.8 completion percentage...Fourth in the conference and 20th nationally with a 147.7 pass efficiency rating...Completed 160 of 243 attempts with 13 touchdowns and five interceptions...MVFC Offensive Player of the Week after tying school records with five rushing touchdowns and 30 points scored in the home win over North Dakota...Career-high 18 rushing attempts and 132 yards in the NCAA semifinal win over Incarnate Word, his first 100-yard rushing game...Career-high 260 passing yards in the national championship game against South Dakota State...Had a streak of 14 consecutive completions in the regular season against Indiana State (1) and South Dakota State (13) that ranked third longest in school history...MVFC Honor Roll...MVFC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award.

2021 SEASON (SOPHOMORE): Played in 13 of 15 games...Made the final eight starts of the season replacing Quincy Patterson and led the Bison to their ninth NCAA Division I FCS national championship and 10th Missouri Valley Football Conference championship finishing 14-1 overall...Went 103-for-152 passing for 1,444 yards and 14 touchdowns with only three interceptions while rushing 69 times for 280 yards and four TDs...Would have ranked second in FCS pass efficiency (174.01) and fourth in completion percentage (.678) but fell short of the minimum passing attempts per game to qualify for the NCAA rankings...Came off the bench to lead two late touchdown drives in a 27-20 comeback win over Missouri State...Completed 7 of 9 passing attempts for 122 yards in the win...Went 6-for-6 passing and connected with four different receivers on the final drive of the game...Also rushed for two first downs on the 12-play, 62-yard march that ate up 7:06 of the fourth quarter...Went 10-for-14 with a career-high three TDs the next week against Indiana State...Passed for 218 yards and two touchdowns at South Dakota State before a new career-high 219 yards and 19-of-23 passing against South Dakota two weeks later...Named to the Missouri Valley Football Conference Honor Roll.

2020-21 SEASON (FRESHMAN): Played in the final eight games of the season including two starts in the NCAA playoffs against Eastern Washington and Sam Houston...Completed 30 of 59 passes (50.8%) for 363 yards with two touchdowns and three interceptions...Rushed 55 times for 176 yards and four touchdowns...Missouri Valley Football Conference Newcomer of the Week after accounting for 118 yards of total offense in his third career game against Illinois State...Played a majority of the second half in the 21-13 win over the Redbirds, rushing for a season-high 57 yards and completing 5 of 7 passes for 61 yards...Scored on a six-yard TD run with 3:39 left in the game to cap a 13-play, 84-yard drive that ate up 8:13 of the final quarter...Season-high 149 yards passing (9-for-16) against South Dakota State...Tossed 4-yard and 1-yard TD passes to tight end Noah Gindorff in the first round playoff win over Eastern Washington...Named to the MVFC Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2020 graduate of Solon High School...Three-year starter at quarterback and strong safety for coach Kevin Miller...Passed for 2,436 yards and 28 touchdowns, while rushing for 840 yards and 12 touchdowns during senior season...Set school records in single-season passing yards and passing touchdowns, along with most all-purpose yards (3,276)...Went 32-3 as a starter, passing for 5,894 yards and 79 touchdowns while rushing for 1,184 yards and 16 touchdowns...Three-time all-conference selection and first team all-state selection as a senior...Cedar Rapids Gazette Offensive Player of the Year...Led team to three state tournament appearances, including a runner-up finish in 2019 and semifinal appearance in 2017...Two-time all-state selection in baseball, where he set the school record with a 0.60 ERA...Member of National Honor Society.
