BEFORE NDSU: Spent the 2023 and 2024 seasons in the football program at the University of Minnesota...Redshirted in 2023...Did not participate in any games.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Sun Prairie East High School, where he played for coach Brian Kaminski...Two-time first team all-state honoree...Had back-to-back 1,000-yard rushing seasons...Ran for 1,308 yards and 21 touchdowns on 159 carries his senior year while catching 15 passes for 254 yards and three TDs...As a junior, rushed for 1,467 yards and 22 TDs on 190 carries...Had 15 games rushing for 100-plus yards including a career-high 262 yards against River Falls...Also participated in track and field.
PERSONAL: Son of Laquavius and Cortez LeGrant...Family includes four sisters.
